Our firm traces its roots to providing Design/Build Owner Representative Services for well-known, internationally respected clients for almost thirty (30) years. For three decades the society that we have built our company in, and the way of life that we take for granted, has flourished as a result of a heavy dependence on readily available, inexpensive fossil fuels.

Our Response

Because the dwindling supply of inexpensive fossil fuels means the end of an age of secure and reliable essential services, we made the corporate decision in the fall of 2005 to work towards solving the growing problems caused by this dilemma. Our firm now offers our clients the opportunity to eliminate or substantially reduce their dependence on fossil fuels.

Space Innovators® has the knowledge and ability to provide our clients, light, power, heat, hot water and cooling, when those around them who depend on fossil fuels have been denied the essential services of every day living. We provide our clients security, safety and independence so they may continue their lifestyle without interruption, when the inevitable disruptions of vital services that depend upon fossil fuels occur.

Our Renewable Energy Program

The firm embarked on its first Renewable Energy Design/Build project in 2006, when it began the construction of a Renewable Energy Home, situated in the Township of Southampton, New York.
